team members at pepper crescent are chosen carefully. life here is all about a joint approach, we don’t rely on complicated hierarchies often seen in this industry, everyone gets stuck in to deliver a great customer experience. with this shared passion to deliver on all fronts whether its Katy’s cakes, Sara’s standards of service, Agnieszka’s amazing steak sandwich or Mitch’s perfectly poached eggs, we share the pleasure – oh and we share the tips!
our suppliers
we strive to serve you fine food and drinks that are ethically produced and locally sourced wherever possible. we are demanding yet loyal to our suppliers. they are key partners in delivering quality every time and being passionate about doing so. we are always looking for new and interesting produce so if your Auntie Betty is a bee keeper and makes organic honey do tell us!
our community
we will only prosper with the support of our local community so it needs to work both ways. we support our local community wherever we can; we are involved with local schools and colleges on a number of fronts as well as investing time and energy in our core local based charity, The Cleansheet Foundation.
our environment
we recognise the impact that we have on our surroundings and do whatever we can to reduce that impact on a daily basis. we recycle everything we can but more importantly we seek to stop packaging at source. when we have our deliveries each day all cardboard and packaging is given back to the delivery driver to use again. we have specifically sourced Belu water, with their biodegradable corn based bottles. we think it’s a price worth paying.
